Return Process

  Log into your LIFEGUARD account and navigate to your order history to select the specific electronic items you wish to return for a pre-authorized RMA number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and protective inserts to ensure the item is not damaged during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of your shipping box, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Technical Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
